I went to 7 Brew on Peach Orchard Road in a search for used coffee grounds for my garden. I inquired at some other coffee shops in the area. I received one no and a maybe. From the moment I arrived at 7 Brew I was greeted with a friendly professional smile by Cara. There was a young man working with dreads in his hair that offered me a cool souvenir bag and was very pleasant. I should also mention it was raining yet none of them seemed reluctant to come out to offer guest assistance. Despite not ordering anything Cara was more than willing to help me. My request was clearly something out of the ordinary but she was proactive in inquiring with her manager. Cara suggested the best time for me to come back and handled business like a true professional. Upon my return, the used grounds were not ready. However, Bella enthusiastically agreed to help me. She consulted with her manager and even texted Cara to clarify my needs. Bella was so sweet and offer me a beverage while I waited. I decided to come back after work to give them more time to bagged the grounds. Upon arrival Bella came out, smiling with a sizable bag of used grounds in hand. She asked if it was enough and wished me well on my garden. I am not a coffee drinker but I would support this store hands down over any other coffee shop. They clearly value customer service and enjoy what they do. In a time that customer service is lacking, this business is soaring light years above the rest. A special thank you to Cara and Bella. You are exemplary, setting the standard and should be recognized. I appreciate this businesses willingness to do something out of the norm, give back to the community and help to eliminate waste through “green” recycling.

There are multiple 7 brew in Augusta, but this 7 brew will always be my go to. I have been coming here since they first opened and I have not once had a bad experience here. They have always remade drinks that weren’t right or given drink cards for any inconvenience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They always put a smile on my face and are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
This place should have BEEN a 5 Star rating! With how many cars I see lining up to get their drinks every day, there obviously must be something great about the place. Who would come here, order nearly daily, then be like, "I don't like it. I'll give them 1 star." That's just plain stupid. Also, the workers are excellent and don't sit there giving you an attitude just because you want something from where they chose to work. Plus Angel works here! She's pretty much like our second daughter. She knows that respect is everything. And she, as well as every other worker there gives y'all great customer service. There's absolutely no way to deny any of that. So you should probably... oh I don't know... give this place a 5 Star rating.
My line saint, her name is angel, took my order and I wasn’t sure if it was going to be good as it was my first time here but I literally started crying tears of happiness, genuine tears fell down my face. It felt like the holy son himself blessed my drink, felt like I became the Virgin Mary and that drink was baby Jesus coming to rescue the broken souls and fix the corruption making us, amen to angel who caused it all with her saintly powers to sprinkle gods love on my drink.
